1. Write a referral for your patient.      

    We offer individual and group sessions.       

    Most patients are eligible for 10 sessions per year

    (Private Health Funds may differ). Please note we do accept Chronic

    Health Plans and Medicare Pregnancy Support Counselling Plans

2. Send the referral via email.

3. We have a number of sessions each week dedicated to MHCP.

 

4. After six (6) sessions we will send a report to update you.
