Psychological treatment involves an initial assessment phase so your psychologist can gain an understanding of your presenting problems or circumstances.

Assessment and diagnosis can take some time, the process is important as it allows your psychologist to determine the appropriate and most  beneficial diagnosis. Sometimes a diagnosis is less important however the assessment guides the treatment.

Your psychologist can provide reports however these are not standard practice. Please discuss your needs with your psychologist.

Reports do not form part of your treatment and are also charged separately.
